User Responsibilities
Copyright Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for the copyright and other legal responsibilities of the videos they upload and live streams they make.
TV Channel Responsibility
The TV channels you add are private to you and you are fully responsible for them.
Content Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all content you upload and broadcasts you make.
Copyright Policy
VibeCast is committed to full compliance with copyright laws and expects the same from all users.
Your Own Content Only
Users may only upload content (videos, live streams, TV channels) that they own or have obtained usage rights for. Unauthorized use of copyrighted content belonging to others is strictly prohibited.
DMCA / Copyright Complaint
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, you can file a complaint at copyright@vibecast.ch. All complaints are reviewed within 24 hours.
Enforcement
Content found to be in copyright violation is immediately removed. Repeat offenders will have their accounts permanently suspended.
Platform Liability
VibeCast is not liable for copyright infringement of content uploaded by users. As an intermediary service provider, the platform does not accept responsibility for user-generated infringements.
User Guarantee
By using our platform, you guarantee that all content you upload is owned by you or that you have the necessary usage permissions. You bear full legal responsibility for any breach of this guarantee.
